Do you know the Sauerland? Certainly the Sauerland is one of the most attractive tourist regions of North Rhine Westphalia. This area is famous for its intact and wonderful nature. Sunder is located in the North/West part of the “Sauerland”, just 60 Km away from Dortmund. The town of Sunder has 30.000 inhabitants and is one of the economic most imported cities of this area. A small district of the town is part of the nature protection area Homert, which is ideal to make a walk. The 8 km long lake “Sorpesee” is a perfect place for swimming, surfing, to sail or to paddle, while the area of “Hagen-Wildewiese” lend itself for diverse winter sport activities. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, just in front of the town hall and a few walking minutes to the pedestrian zone.
